Appeal for Support to the Flood Affected (Sangli, Kolhapur)

Indo Athletic Society seeks urgent support for our relief efforts in flood-affected areas. It is of vital importance that relief materials reach flood-affected families and communities immediately. Safe drinking water, food, and basic shelter facilities are sorely lacking, affecting many lives.

Your timely support will be integral to bringing much-needed relief to those devastated by the floods especially children, women and the elderly.

With the onset of the heavy rains in the last couple of weeks, many regions of Maharashtra continue to be lashed by heavy rainfall causing widespread flooding and displacement in Kolhapur & Sangli. Many families of this area have been affected and numerous evacuated to safe grounds.
Residents of temporary shelters and those who are returning to their partially submerged houses battle a lack of food, safe drinking water, basic clothing, and hygiene facilities.

कोल्हापूर सांगली जिल्ह्यातील पूरग्रस्तांना मदत करणेसाठी आवाहन

कोल्हापूर सांगली जिल्ह्यात सध्या भीषण पूरस्थिती निर्माण झाली असून निरनिराळ्या ठिकाणाहून कोल्हापूर सांगली शहरात 40 ठिकाणी पुरग्रस्तांचे स्थलांतर करण्यात आलेले आहे. या पुरग्रस्तांना अन्न, शुद्ध पाणी, औषधे, आरोग्य सेवा शहरातील विविध सामाजिक संस्थानी सुरू केलेली आहे. या संस्थापैकी Indo Athletic Society, जनकल्याण समिती तर्फे यापैकी काही केंद्रावर भोजन, औषधे, शुद्ध पाणी व आरोग्य सेवा साठी लागणारे अती गरजू वस्तू संकलन करीत आहे. या मदत कार्यास आपण सढळ हाताने मदत करावी, असे आवाहन Indo Athletic Society समिती यांनी केले आहे. या मदत कार्यात *IAS* समिती चे कार्यकर्ते सहभागी होत आहेत.

*खालील प्रमाणे काही वस्तू लागतील तरी आपण मदत कराल हीच अपेक्षा..!*

१) चांगले कपडे ( फाटके,बटन नसलेले नकोत)

२)लहान मुलांचे कपडे ( उबदार असल्यास उत्तम )

३) महिलांना मुलींना लागणारे कपडे

५) धान्य (तांदूळ,डाळ,साखर)
